comments = I wanted to thank you for the excellent service your technician gave
this morning in replacing a valve to my combination furnace/water heater. I
didn't get the gentleman's name, but he explained not only the problem, but
also gave instruction on how to operate the system in the future, and
thankfully, I now have HEAT! McHenry installed this unique system approximately
one year ago and each technician I've dealt with, from Matt, to Mike, to Jason,
operated with professionalism, integrity, and friendliness. Thank you for
providing such excellent service!
